The right owner withdrew the complaint but Amazon won't reinstate my account
Hello,
I have been in touch with the rights holder, and they have withdrawn their complaint. Could you please explain why the issue has not yet been resolved on your end?
Additionally, I would like to request that the current action plan be escalated, as the rights holder has directly removed the infringement.
''From the “Reactivate your account” section, I wrote to Amazon that they could verify that the brand withdrew the complaint and that my account should be reinstatement as a appeal.I also attached proof documents.However, they returned that we do not have enough information.Please help. The brand has already withdrawn the complaint itself, what more do I need to do?

Amazon does not have a user friendly process.
If I were you, I would make sure that the suspended ASIN is fully reinstated on your Seller Central. I know you received the retraction and even a message from Amazon but you still have the following action left.
Have you done this yet?

Once you do this, the violation should automatically disappear. And your account should automatically get reinstated. If it does not get reinstated, you can reach our to seller support again or the account health team stating that the violation is no longer there.
