Read onlyHallo, ich habe 4 Produkte angelegt und abgeschickt zur Freischaltung. Ganz neue Produkte, die es bei Amazon noch nicht gibt. Es ist auch nicht gelistet bei mir, da es noch nicht freigeschaltet ist.
Dem Support habe ich geschrieben mit der ASIN bzw. EAN und sie sagen, dass sie nichts machen können da es nicht gelistet ist bei mir und es auch kein Problem damit gibt.
Es sind schon fast 48 Stunden her und immernoch keine Freischaltung und auch gar keine Antwort bezüglich meines Antrags. Nicht mal eine Fehlermeldung.
Gibt es jemanden der auch sowas hatte? Wie lange hat die längst Freischaltung bei euch gedauert?

"Hello, I have created 4 products and sent them for activation. Completely new products that are not yet available on Amazon. It's not listed for me either because it hasn't been activated yet.
I wrote to support with the ASIN or EAN and they said that they couldn't do anything because it wasn't listed with me and there was no problem with it.

What do you mean you "sent products for activation"?
Sorry but this does not make sense to me. You list a product, enter all the details and if you have entered things correctly the listing become active within about 15 minutes.
If you have an ASIN then it is listed in your inventory. You only get an ASIN once you have created a listing.
Which site have you listed on and what is the ASIN (not EAN)
Also, is your account fully verified yet ?
