Document rejected for identity verification
Hi there,
To reactivate my UK account I submitted internet provider's invoice. The invoice has all the requiments that amazon is asking for. But still its rejected and saying that I did not provide a utility bill.
Any suggestion would be helpful.

Hi there, this exact same thing is happening to me.
I am trying to find a solution around this.
I have uploaded an invoice, carrier confirmation letter and even a bank statement showing proof and showing my name and address matching to the card on file.
Everything has been submitted which was requested yet rejected.
Does anybody have any information on what’s going on as I seriously do not know what else to upload.
I won’t be able to provide a gas or electric bill etc as I’m 19 living with my parent.
