Seller geni is a Fraud with Sellers

I entered a mutual business agreement with Seller Geni and they started working on my Amazon Ads in Feb 2025 with huge commitments/claims of getting the sales scaled to great heights without even increasing my budget. But soon after Sales started going down instead of going up and when complained numerous times they said it generally takes 3 months' time to show up the results. When even after 3 months there was no sign of growth I asked them to refund the fee paid for 1 year after reasonable deductions for the services provided for 3 months - which they refused to. Point is that Seller Geni is a Fraud member of service providers' network of Amazon.in and anybody falling for their huge claims of sales growth is bound to lose instead of gaining as they actually do not have basic infrastructure in terms of growth monitoring tools and their AMs are absolutely worthless all the time being clueless about dwindling sales or market competition. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS.
