Error 8541: Conflict error count size
I keep receiving the below message as I'm trying to upload my items, and I can’t find the ASIN it is referring to. I have tried deleting the item and am now trying to repost but still getting the same error. I've waited a few days in between doing so. All of my GS1 information is correct and believe this is a mistake. Can anyone help with this issue? Thank you.
"8541: The value '1 Count (Pack of 1)' specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value '5 Count (Pack of 1)' for ASIN 'B0CCSY83B1' in the Amazon catalog. If this is ASIN 'B0CCSY83B1', update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc.)"

It sounds like your UPC was previously used on the ASIN cited. Open a case asking for them to "cleve" the UPC from this ASIN, and it should fix the issue.

Hello @Seller_Ewa31b7wCUUcO,
Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your ASIN and see that you created the listing as '5 Count (Pack of 1)'. If this value is not correct, hard delete the listing using the instructions provided here, then recreate your listing after waiting 24 hours. This should clear all the information provided by you that is stored on our back end and allow you to create the listing correctly. If you still cannot correct it, please provide a case with Seller Support so I can look into it further.
Wishing you the best!
Michelle
