Infringe Copyright on a product
Today i noticed a lot of our listing for a branded product we sell we inactive, and then a notification in sellercentral.
There are still a lot of other sellers selling the same branded product. I do not understand why anyone would think we have infringed any copyright as we are just selling a product that we buy from the official suppier and advertise on amazon for sale.
We responded to amazon who just said they need the rights owner to agree. I am at a loss what to do.
Email -
Hello,
We received a report from a rights owner that claims the items at the end of this email infringe their copyright. We removed the content listed at the end of this email.
We may let you list this content again if we receive a retraction of the complaint from the rights owner:

If the rights owner agrees to retract their complaint, they must send the retraction to us at notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk.
If you believe that the reported content does not infringe the rights owner’s copyright, you may email notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk. Please include proof of ownership of the intellectual property in question and/or proof that you have received the necessary permissions to use the copyrighted work.
We consider allegations of intellectual property infringement a serious matter. If we receive more complaints about your listings, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.co.uk.
To learn more about this policy, search for “Intellectual Property Violations” in Seller Central Help.

Ok, first thing that comes to mind…
When you say you are buying from an ‘official supplier’ are they an official ‘wholesale’ supplier or just officially allowed to sell to the end user?
A quick look at the website of the company who you need to contact, is not promising.
Their opening gambit is…

Sound like it’s just some sort of automated service that goes looking for what it deems to be infringements. Bots gone mad probably
The first thing I would do is contact your supplier and ask them, then double check with the manufacturer/brand owners and ask if what the supplier is telling you is true.
