Read onlyI have had an ongoing issue with seller support due to their complete incompetence which has caused my account to be deactivated. It is now apparent seller support is completely incompetent and after sending the required invoices they have been unable to re-activate my account. The managing director email is of no use and i have recently received a communication advising my entire inventory will be destroyed unless invoices are sent to inventory-appeals@amazon.co.uk which i have done multiple times over the last few weeks. Yet have not had a response apart from a weekly email advising i have less time before the destruction.
How do i contact someone to rectify this, seller support continually close any open cases and the fba inventory team seem to be truly incompetent. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as i simply wish to have my remaining inventory returned and never sell on amazon again, as they are the most incompetent business i have ever come accross.
