Freight forwarder cannot book delivery to BHX8 Redditch

Freight forwarder cannot book delivery to BHX8 Redditch

I’m sending 33 boxes to BHX8 Redditch FC (B98 9AY) but the freight forwarder reported today that there’s no BHX8 FC on their booking portal. Screenshots they sent shows a Redditch based IBH4 FC (different postcode - B98 9EZ) which they know doesn’t accept our shipment ID, and BHX series go only from 1 to 7. What can I do in this situation?

The courier’s own system does or the CARP booking system? BHX8 definitely exists because multiple threads detail people sending goods there. I believe it was built in 2021 (based on a google search).
