Sellers listing renewed items
Is it possible to create listings for renewed items even though I don't own the brand or have a letter of authorization (LOA)? For example, Brand A has items listed as new that are currently being sold, but I'd like to list a renewed item that hasn't been listed by Brand A.
Please share your experiences and knowledge, sellers and Amazon support team!

Good Morning @Seller_WQH3rQlosiuV7,
I wanted to stop by and see if you were able to get your question answered regarding selling renewed products?
If you would like to sell products through the Amazon Renewed program, you do need to apply to sell. All products on Amazon Renewed must be tested and certified to work and look new. Only sellers that maintain a high quality and performance bar can offer refurbished, pre-owned, and open-box products on Amazon Renewed. Once you are approved, you can list products through this help page.
If you are selling used products, please ensure you are following the condition guidelines appropriately. This help page discusses how to select a condition.
Lastly, I wanted to mention there are some products that require approval (i.e. LOAs) which you should review ahead of time on this help page here to avoid issues down the road where you have to appeal when your product gets removed.
How can I tell if a product requires approval?
For existing products in our store, you can see if approval is required by searching for the product you want to list in Add a Product. Click Show limitations to view which approvals are required.
Hopefully all the information above helped answer your question. Please let us know if we can help answer any more of your questions or you may reach out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
