Extended Estimated Delivery Date
Hello Guys! I hope you are all well!
We’ve been shipping using Amazon Buy Shipping for the best part of 8 months now and the last few weeks Hermes have been acting up on the collections, we’ve arranged private collection just to meet the volume that we are outputting.
However the last few days I’ve realised that on the front end Amazon website, it has a longer date than everyone else’s for the estimated delivery date. I had SSA on but I switched this off since this issue. We are shipping everything on time, our account metrics are perfect thank the lord but I don’t know why this is happening.
We’re losing a crazy amount of sales as a result, we’re still shipping ahead of schedule though.
2 Days handling time, but we ship in 1.
Anyone know?
