This is very frustrating and ridiculous. How can a brand owner, like myself, keep getting negative reviews from a marketplace where I don't sell my product? This is hurting my business very badly.
I'm selling in the U.S market, and keep getting reviews (mostly negative ones) from amazon.ca, possibly due to the seller who sells my products on behalf of my brand/product on Amazon.ca doesn't do a good job to keep their customers happy.
I have contacted Seller Support and they mentioned "Please be informed that Global Reviews Sharing is enabled for all protected brands enrolled into Amazon Brand Registry and it cannot be disabled for individual brands or products.", and Seller Support team doesn't own this feature, instead, the Community Help team owns this feature and I was told to send an email to them (they don't accept calls). But I have sent a few emails to the Community Help team, never heard back.
Anybody has the same issue?
