Buy Box missing from all my listings
Have gone from 100% buy box to zero for own brand products on Amazon. The buy Box is not showing on any of my listings.My performance is good, 0 defects or violations. Can not see any reason for the change. Does anyone know of a policy change from Amazon or is it just one of the system bugs? Example ASIN’s B0982FQ283 B0B2KRJBMF B09XVDD4P2

Could be many reasons for this. Unfortunately Amazon doesn’t disclose why they don’t give you the buy box.
Looking at B09XVDD4P2 it all looks okay. I would say delivery time is slightly long though which is a buy box criteria. You are also charging additional postage which again can impact buy box criteria.
Although as you are the only seller I would still expect you to have the buy box even so.
Have you also checked under pricing health to make sure that Amazon haven’t given you a competitive pricing restriction on the buy box as they have found your listing cheaper on another site.
You say no defects so no A-Z’s? as order defect rate is the most common reason for buy box suspension.
If your performance is good there isn’t much you can do buy wait for the buy box to return…although this is not 100% guaranteed.

Checked pricing health which shows 0 inactive. Featured offer shows the drop to zero on 17 May. No sales since as buyers do not see how to buy when adverts only have “see all buying options”. And yes I have no A to Zs. Currently pointless being on Amazon until they sort it out.
