Error when attempting to merge global accounts

Hello, We are getting an error code when trying to merge two global selling accounts, however we seem to be going in circles with Seller Support. We keep getting messages telling us that it's being worked on until they cycle back and ask us for the initial error report and URL + screenshot of the error page again. The case is 16824424461

I would appreciate it if someone could help us with this or make sure that the case is being handled or routed correctly. We are stuck currently paying two professional selling fees, with no way to merge them due to the error. Thank you

I do see that our tech team is working on a fix right now for your account and there is an internal ticket open. As soon as they have a solution you will receive an update from our support team via case 16824424461.

I understand how frustrating this is, however I want to assure you that this is being looked into. At this time I won't be able to provide an ETA on the resolution.
