Removal order keeps getting cancelled for nearly 7 months now. Anyone else having this issue?
Been requesting to remove my inventory of the same ASIN since August 2020. I had a trickle but the bulk of it is still being held hostage. Amazon keeps cancelling it and the quantity keeps dwindling too. When questioned about the unaccounted quantity customer service ignore it and then blames me for requesting a quantity they don’t have. When in actual fact the quantity was calculated by amazon in the first place. I have opened a lot of cases for this same issue and just today seen its been cancelled again. I want to formally complain. Even that statement, the customer service just ignores it. I feel like I am going nowhere. Do you think its time to call the Trading Standards?

Thanks. I currently have 0 live inventory in FBA because of the way this was handled. The costs of selling in FBA is far greater than expected I ended up effectively giving away my product and then paying extra on top for the loss. So fulfilling it myself is the plan ATM. If they sold it I haven’t had any notification its been sold, not even on the transactions. I also don’t believe the removal should be effected by Brexit as my items are only in FC in UK. Are your inventory in UK FC too?

Have you tried requesting them back in smaller quantities?

I’d keep trying with smaller quantities as remember that it could now be split in FCs across the country so to ask for it all would logistically be difficult. Cost wise it doesnt matter because you pay per item to bring it back
