Review Removal Request Concerning Shipping Issue
Hello,
I’m seeking assistance from Community Managers regarding a review that discusses a shipping matter, which is beyond our control as an FBA seller. The review reads:
"The product did not arrive at my house"
(with an attached image of a mailbox area).

While we empathise with the customer’s disappointment, this review pertains to a delivery issue and not the product itself. As per the Community Guidelines, such reviews are off-topic.
I’ve already:
- Submitted a case with Seller Support (Case ID: 10669397172).
- Reported the review using the "Report" button, citing it as Off-topic/Not about the product.
Could you please review this case further for its removal?

Following your message, I contacted our partner team about the product review in question. They've reviewed the case and have confirmed that the review has been removed.
