Missing inventory for 1 month - no response on seller central.

Hi there,

I have a shipment where 200 units are missing - the shipment is now closed, and I have submitted documentation to investigate it. However I get no responses on any of the cases regarding this. I have filed a separate discussion here regarding this issue and another one regarding reimbursement. The reimubursement issue is being looked into by the esclaation team on a new case, however the missing 200 packs seems to have been overlooked - so I"m starting a new discussion here.

Can someone help?

I reviewed your cases and confirmed both are older than 25 days. Unfortunately, we cannot request re-investigation if the newest answer from seller support is older than 20 days.

Right now, our recommendation would be to create a new case to request escalation of your situation. Make sure you are providing both old cases without resolution and all the relevant documentation for investigation.
