VAT Payable
Hi at the risk of being the last person to the party... i have heard that I will be charged VAT even though I am not VAT registered. Is this correct? If so how do we deal with this please.

To be clear, the change in August only relates to VAT on fees.
If you didn't ask Amazon for exemption previously then you are currently paying VAT on your fees. In which case there will be no change.
If you did ask Amazon for exemption then it will be ending and you will go back to paying VAT on fees.
In either of those cases as someone not registered for VAT there's nothing to deal with - they are just part of your expenses.
