品牌备案被秒拒，无法验证您在提交 Brand Registry 注册表时提供的注册公司名称和公司标识码
在亚马逊后台联系了律师申请了商标，进行备案的时候遭到了拒绝。亚马逊品牌团队回复"之所以做出此决定，是因为我们无法验证您在提交 Brand Registry 注册表时提供的注册公司名称和公司标识码（例如，税号或公司编号）"。
1.律师是亚马逊后台联系的，应该没有任何问题；2.在美国商标局网站搜索核对了商标信息，公司名称和地址都没有错误；3.联系了卖家支持团队，回复说没有品牌团队以及品牌审核团队的权限，没办法确认问题出现在哪里；我是以公司名义申请的商标，是品牌所有者
目前品牌申请提交了两次，并且申诉了两次都被拒绝了。在品牌申请那里回复邮件增加了公司营业执照以及身份证都没有得到邮件回复。附上ID:15643057851/15676689821

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to review your Amazon Brand Registry enrollment appeal, thanks for providing the case ID's.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide more detail than the rejection reason provided already, but having reviewed a lot of these, I have some advice.
On the appeal, you list the Current Owner info the same as I see it in USPTO. Is that owner an individual or a business? This would matter in the Business Information section on your enrollment application.
