whats the best way to locate customer/order details on amazon because you sometimes get an address query from courier or they require phone number etc and then its so hard to locate an order on amazon when you have hundreds of orders.there should be an option on amazon to search by customer name or postcode etc.only way is either order number or tracking number but if you dont have both then?

Whenever a courier contacts me to report incorrect shipping address, I search among my shipped orders using the order’s tracking number.

I copy & paste all the addresses (with buyers’ names) into an openOffice document called “Buyers addresses”.
They’re all there in one docu, so if I do Ctrl + F and enter any bit of the address or name in that search box, it comes up immediately.
