Shipping to FBA UK from Pakistan

Hi,
I am recently registered with Amazon as Seller from Pakistan.
Need guideline on below points:

Deposit Method:
I made hyperwallet account and after that where do I need to upload the account information document? In deposit method there is always option for signup to hyperwallet but didn’t see any option where I can upload hyperwallet account document.

Inventory Shipping
What should i mention in Consignee at BL copy and Commercial Invoice?
What payment terms should i mention in my documents while exporting the goods for FBA?

It will be great if I can get Amazon guidlines for Seller from Pakistan.
