Return of headphones
Sold a pair of new and sealed earphones, having tried them the buyer now wants to return saying he bought the wrong type (they come either for IOS or for Android) and wants to change them for the other type. Am I correct in thinking that if earphones have been worn then I don’t have to accept a return due to hygiene reasons?

The debate with your buyer will be if headphones fit the excluded items, if fitted in the ears, then would be a hygienic issue, more so than earrings in my view?

More than likely, or in the event of an A-Z if return refused, Amazon will likely refund as they may not make the connection between headphone (ear piece) and ear?
Best approach may be to accept return but make clear due to hygiene reasons the item must be returned with the sealed packaging intact (unopened) for a full refund to apply?
