5665 Error Despite Selling Application Approval
I have been getting a 5665 error for weeks now when trying to list a new product, despite having an approved selling application for the brand name. I have been back and forth with Amazon Seller Support and they continue to provide me with the same canned response that I need to spell the brand correctly and without any spaces before or after the brand name. Has anyone faced and resolved a similar issue? Any advice on how to escalate the issue to actually get a resolution?
Thanks!

You are trying to key in a Brand Name that you do not have approval to sell. Do you have a letter of Authorization from the Brand Owner that states that you may sell their products on Amazon? Do you have invoices from the manufacturer? If you purchased these products from a Supplier — is the Supplier approved by the Brand Owner to sell it to you for you to resell? Did you purchase these products from an on-line or retail establishment, and are trying to re-sell? Amazon will not approve you to sell these without proper documentation that you have the right to do so.

Error code 5665 is related to Branded products and means that Amazon wants proof that you are the Brand owner.

Thanks guys, appreciate the help. Its clear I should be more patient and follow the correct process by getting a trademark, then registering with Brand Registry.
