Payment summary balance not updating correctly
Hi all, just wondered if anyone else is experiencing a problem with the account balance not updating correctly?
Mine didn’t update for some time after confirming shipments, then only updated by one order value, then another some time later but nothing updated and added since.

The balance has not updated yet for one of the orders we sent last week. We send up to 30 orders in a day so it is easy to overlook when a payment has not come through. So I don’t know if this has been going on for a long time without us noticing. The only thing I can say about this last one is that it is a business customer but it is a standard payment not by invoice so should come through like any other payment as far as I know.

I have marked as dispatched around a dozen items a few hours ago, the credit balance is still not showing on my account! Anyone else?

This happened to us this week, 15k+ has now rightfully been added back, however it is also met with a new mess that is late shipment statistics. Since the payments were manually transferred back to us they have made it so that the actual dispatch date was that date, meaning since our payment was 5 days late so are the fictitious dispatch dates… Good luck im on with it now! what a mess!

We are experiencing the same problem since Thursday. However, payment summery got updated last night. As @Contemporary_Signs pointed out we are now in the same mess of late shipment today. A amber warning with very high late shipment rate is now appearing in our account health page with warning message “your account is at the risk of deactivation”. Very frightening.
