Product star rating reports
Is there any way of seeing product feedback or star ratings easily?
A few products have one-star ratings (found only by chance) but they seem to be totally anonymous and untraceable, despite zero customer contact relating to that product’s sales (and we are the only seller).
As a seller, I can see seller feedback easily enough on Amazon Seller central. Am hoping there’s some report or view where I can see product ratings.

Each buyer who has made at least one purchase using their Amazon account can review any product on Amazon, regardless of where they purchased that product or not. Those reviews however will not appear as “Amazon Verified Purchase”.
Amazon does not notify sellers when new reviews are posted for the products they sell.
