KYC DEACTIVATION 5 NOVEMBER 2025

Our account has been deactivated since 5 November 2025 saying that there are multiple companies registered at our address, We've submitted every single thing to Amazon but Amazon has stopped responding to our appeals.

Tired of Amazon's idle responses we did changed our address from the old one. We have submitted everything to Amazon but It's been more than a month and Amazon isn't replying to any of our appeals or submissions. There's nothing required to be submitted from our side but still our account remains deactivated.

We have submitted every proof that we're a legitimate company.

We need an answer from Amazon if anything is required from our side. Tired of hearing that your account is still under review.

Please help us in this issue.

UPDATE: Amazon has sent me an email which stated that our address on our VAT ID and on Amazon was different. It is now updated but there is no option on it to appeal to Amazon. As of now everything is okay from our side and just we need Amazon to confirm that and activate our account.

I'm trying to call Amazon Account health again and again, Every Account health representative just says the same thing that I'll be raising an escalation request on your account to ask the Team to provide an update on my account or any requirement which may be pending. At the end I'm not receiving any update from Amazon.

It's been more than 2 months since I have provided Amazon all the documentation required and still Amazon isn't activating my account.

I request a manual assistance from anyone who can help. I'm really tired by suffering such huge loss to my business. The most frustrating thing is that I don't even know what is wrong now and why there isn't any update on my account.

I have provided everything Amazon asked for, Our business information page says Verification completed successfully.

Please if there's any account health specialist seeing this please raise a case for me. I cannot do anything from my side.
