Same product, same category, different selling fee
I’ve got loads of similar products in the same category. All the selling fees are the same apart from one which for some reason is more than the rest - and it happens to be the best seller. Has anyone got any idea why this could happen.
I’ve oped several cases with support but they’ve just totally ignored them - not even a reply.

We see it a lot for FBA, usually down to them incorrectly measuring them. Once we request a remeasure we tend to get it sorted…
Check the measurements are correct. Sound a very likely cause.
I have also seen items less when they have been listed during some offer period.

Unfortunately Amazon costumer service for sellers is non existent . I have same issues for months ! All the time get same copy-paste reply from them …
