Variation Family Adding

I just New it that Amazon Now recruit unprofessional emoloyee. even they don't know anything. i have creat the Variation Family listing but showing completly sucssesfull but when i open there is no any child sku listing in it. then i was connected with one of amanzon employee by phone but she don't know anything she transfer my quiery to someone. after that i ve use the chat system even chating guy he just told me that there is internal issue i was transfer your quiery with listing team. if you don't know how to solving the problem why increasing someone else problem. still they are confused.but my quiery is not solve.
