Buyer honest about their defraud attempt

I have just had a return request for an item with reason, not as described and comment “not as described.”
So I messaged them in Amazon to ask what was not as described as they had been vague.
The reply I just got back,"
I did that option overwise i will charged for posting it back to you and this way a get a free return label

Now we all know this happens and Amazon seems blind to it, but he at least is honest about this.
I wonder what the percentage will get to of people doing this, before Amazon acts.
