Credit Card Invalid But Card Charged
Hello All,
I been on Amazon for few months now and all working perfectly fine, this morning i cant view any of my listings or anything and message of “credit card invalid” appears. It is the same card been used since opened the account in November.
The card was also charged the £30 subscrption charge by Amazon in the afternoon but still shows credit card invalid.
Any advice on what i can try to resolve it?

Hello t_collective. I’m having the same problem my credit card that I have used on the account for the past 18 months has expired updated credit card info off the replacement card and it still says invalid. I can’t contact seller support or access the account as it just displays the credit card invalid screen. Amazon have taken the subscription fee since updating aswell. Did you manage to rectify the issue
