Can someone explain shipping windows on our first order
Hey guys, this is my first order, there is a shipping window larger than my dispatch time, anyone share?
Dispatch is 7 days, but it gives 14th as final date for dispatch
Also there is the delivery window, does this change from date of dispatch, or is it a general window that is static?

Right hand side of screen (look for Action) and once shipping is booked press confirm shipment button.
Then add tracking

If you have your dispatch set at 7-14 days then it is correct , 8th - 14th inclusive is 7 days, the deliver by would suggest that you have set as 7 day transit time.
You would get a lot more sales offering a quicker dispatch, and faster delivery. If I was spending 3,199.95 I would not want to be waiting 3 weeks to receive.

Have you got a contract with a courier so that you can send DDP ? (Presuming this is a uk to eu sale)
You really, really need to ensure that it’s a courier that takes GPS, photos and a customer signature otherwise all it takes is one a-z go the wrong way on a high ticket item like this…
