Read onlyWe have been informed that our account failed the KYC verification process, but we were not provided with the specific reason for the failure.Amazon correspondence during the process was very confusing, we received 3 different e-mails asking different documents. Amazon support told us to send email to seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk to restart verification but after 3 days we still did not receive any reply from that e-mail address. What shall we do?

you should have received a notification explaining what documentation was rejected and also mentioning what documentation is accepted instead.
