Read onlyHi there,
We are a brand owner and sell home accessories such as sculptures, vases etc. and none of our products have CE mark on them. Our compliance dashboard is still blank, do we still require an EU based responsible person to be able to sell in EU? If so how do we source a company that offers this service?
If you want to sell in EU, you will need the responsible person and also the associated red tape surrounding it from Dec 24.
So, not just having the responsible person but also having their contact details in your listings and also on the product label.
CE marking is not relevant. All consumer goods will require it.
What a pain. Probably the first benefit I have seen from Brexit but no doubt it will come here too in time.
Hi @Seller_CSQcl8KrWP4Y7,
Thank you for posting.
To support @Seller_76AUwmqvSyRIM post, I´m sharing General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) for your reference.
Hope this helps!
Julia.
Hey i had the exact same issue, outrageous prices offered by most firms, we have just found only one company that ended up offering reasonable prices. you can find them as eucompliancepartner(.com)

I have just found a supplier today, after weeks of trying to find a good one.I asked our Chinese supplier if she could help, she linked me to these below.
China based but very easy to deal with, simple process and they offer all forms of compliance to sell into EU, UK or USA.
We have around 150 asin's, sold 20,000+ units lat year and they charged us €500
