Lost Buy Box Featured Offer

I have lost the Featured offer / Buy box most of my products. Suddenly the the buy box of all of our FBA product I recommended has disappeared, and I don't know why. I continue to send goods and maintain good account health. I would greatly appreciate it if Amazon could send my case to the featured quotation team and please reply to me. Normally Prime products gets buy box but since last month cheapest one ate getting buy box. I am talking about all the items which i send to fba.

We have noticed that the Buy Box/Featured Offer has disappeared for all ASINs in our store.

The Seller Support team has not provided a resolution.

However, we ensure that our account health is excellent; our store's account health rating is 224, and both our order defect rate and invoice defect rate are 0%. Our store's policy compliance is healthy. You can review the attachment titled "Account Health."

Our store has received good feedback, with a 4-star rating. You can check the attachment named "Feedback." Therefore, it is illogical to say that my store is not eligible for the Featured Offer/Buy Box.

I hope you can escalate this issue to your team, and we are very thankful for your help.
