The only method to do it is on a per-listing basis, as outlined on the help page Replenishment Alerts.

Are you still experiencing this inconvenience? If yes, please try to add one ASIN following the steps provided:

1. Go to Seller Central

2. Input the ASIN XXX to Manage All Inventory.

3. Click on the three dots on the far right of the listing and select Set Inventory Replenishment Alerts

4. Select "Apply alert to all"

5. Click on Save

Could you please let us know if the same error you provide us before (screenshot) still showing?
