Listing Quality Dashboard Question
On the Listing Quality Dashboard - in a lot of the cases - the attributes amazon wants me to add in to improve listing quality are actually irrelevant to the product in question.
Within each attribute there is a … option where I can select from a dropdown ‘Attribute not relevant to product’ which makes it go away. However, is it possible to achieve this via the bulk upload option at all? Its not clear from the instructions on the Excel sheet that is downloaded, I’ve tested by including the exact wording in the dropdown on the spreadsheet - it uploads with no errors, but then it doesn’t actually seem to do anything.
Does anyone have any experience of the bulk edit template for Listing Quality Dashboard?

We have been waiting 7 months to have this issue resolved. During these seven months we have seen a considerable decline in sales and wonder if the two are linked. As you can see shows 4 ASINs require updating. When you click on the hyperlink no asins appear in the results. When you download the report no ASINs appear. No one at Amazon has helped. The keep closing the case and no one addresses the matter. £300 a year in professional fees but get no help. We are having the same issue with the advertising products. Amazon is taking over 50% commission on adverting fees.

Yes a lot of it is rubbish.
I get "theme" for my Chemo Beanie range. I don't sell any of the themes stated and yet even when I click this suggestion is not applicable, it comes back again and again and again.
Apparently they have to fall into the themes of Aliens, Video Games, Astrology, Religion, Anime, Horror, Holiday, TV Show, Military or Superhero to be a Beanie Hat or Headwear.
Silly me to think that Flowers, Floral, Fauna, Stripe, Plain would be more appropriate but hey what do I know. Amazon knows best, always!!!!!!!! lol
