Reporting a violation

I have reported a number of violations and i am getting no response back. how do I contact a human to be able to have these resolved.

amazon is actually keeping mum on all the violations. They do not have any mechanism to check them.

save your time and stress! Amazon will do NOTHING except (as in my case) accuse yourself of the policy breach and remove your listing! then ignore all emails and actual letters.
