pending orders
Hello!
I have 100 orders that have been pending for over a month. They were placed while the inventory was in receiving status, but the inventory was fully received two weeks ago, and the shipment was closed. However, the orders are still pending. Customers have been waiting for more than a month, and I haven’t received any clear information from Amazon Support about when these orders will finally ship.

Your problem sounds a lot bigger that you stated. Why were you selling product that was not available to ship? Just hope Amazon doesn't catch on or a buyer complains. 100 non shippable sales could cause the closing of your account.

Are these orders "awaiting payment verification"?
We always have hundreds of pending FBA orders and it's most likely the customer has the items in their cart and have not checked out yet. (awaiting payment).
