56 fraudulent shipping charge adjustments by EVRI in the last 24 hours.
Thre is no 'adjustment', the size and weight they are claiming is exactly the same as the size and weight I entered.
This is illegal, fraudulent activity that amazon is knowingly allowing to happen, they must be stealing millions of pounds per year from all the sellers combined.
Does anybody have any legal advice on how to deal with this? it is serious criminal activity.

If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into these charges. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed.

I have been advised by evri (their CEOs office) to temporarily stop using evri through amazon. This is as good as an admission of guilt for their fraudulent charges.

Yes I keep getting these and £37 has fraudulently been taken from my seller account today for about 7 labels bought through amazon shipping which are all correctly weighted and in correct size stated.
Amazon doesnt even check these details - they just pay out with our funds willy nilly and soul destroying contacting amazon about it.
Example below of one charge today. Been on seller support chat and what a waste of time - was told to contact Evri direct.

I am asking Amazon to launch an investigation into this matter as this is not the first time this has happened.
