dashboard suddenly showing unanswered buyer messages
Last night I accessed Amazon and there were no buyer messages on my dashboard. This morning there were 4! Also, they were described as "over 24 hours without response". Messages dashboard says there are NO unanswered messages.
My Account Health does not show any problems at all.
Anybody have similar/any idea what is going on?

54 ghost messages here reduce to 45 when l went into message box and came out. Now back to zero

I reported this issue a week ago and the response from Seller support was to clear my cookies.
At this point I went for a glass of wine and a paracetamol.
