Stuck in a compliance cycle!
I am worried about the progress of compliance issues (category: board games) and nothing seems to work? I originally sent my certificates which always passed but now i am flagged for removal! it appears you have to submit through amazon's approved testers. I think the system is quite broken and my products are due for removal. I have all the paperworks i just can't get through? I wish someone would contact me?

Unfortunately Amazon no longer allow the seller to submit the documents and you have to go through the testing route via Amazon and not via the Manufacturers. Its a completely ridiculous new policy and can cost 300-500 PER ITEM.
I dont know what Amazon are thinking doing it this way, but its very likely another greedy cash grab and they get commision from each of their 'trusted testors'.

You're not going to get anywhere. I have around 40 SKU's with requests for compliance telling me to send them off for testing. I buy wholesale clearance and it's now a minefield.
Sell out and list elsewhere. Amazon doesnt want older toys & games anymore.

Hello @Seller_pEy4DTuOE9tWV, thank you for posting!
The broad list of children’s toy categories include:
- Sensory and creative play products - Toys designed to engage children’s senses and encourage creativity through interactive textures, colours and hands-on activities, such as sensory toys, fidget spinners, slime and other toys which promote sensory stimulation and creativity in children.
- Games and educational toys - Toys designed to stimulate cognitive development, problem-solving skills and critical thinking through interactive learning activities and educational content, such as puzzles, science kits and other learning-related, educational toys.
You can absolutely appeal the compliance requirement for a product, though. To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to Performance and select Account Health.
- Under Policy compliance, click Food and product safety issues.
- Under the Next steps column, click Submit for the product you’re taking action on.
- Select Appeal request, then select the reason for appeal from the drop-down menu.
- Enter additional comments that are required to support or clarify your appeal.
- Click Submit to send your submission for review.

I’m in the same situation, and you’re definitely not alone. It seems many sellers are experiencing this right now. Some of my toy products are still active even though the compliance date has already passed.Personally, I believe the system is going through changes, and at the moment the process doesn’t seem very effective. Approved partners have not been responsive despite contacting several of them, which suggests they may also be overwhelmed. The situation is understandably frustrating.
