How do we remove DPD as a carrier option please -
Anyone know how to remove/disable DPD so it doesn’t come up as a postage option. With the new SFP Saturday or Sunday collection coming into force from the 30th of June, we were sent a link to apply for onboarding with DPD. We added DPD as an option so we could get a test label - at this point we saw the cost to send a large letter with DPD is double the Amazon Courier/Royal Mail prices so decided not to go ahead and unticked the option in shipping settings.
Now our preferred carriers definitely only show as Royal Mail and Amazon for our Prime shipping template (which these orders were assigned to), for the last 3 days we are only being offered DPD as a shipping option on 70% of orders. (Royal Mail was always an option before)
We have phoned amazon who told us to take a screen shot of each order (Over 100!!) to prove we have no shipping option they will send to the metrics team to apply for the order to be exempt from the Metrics (Everything is greyed out apart from DPD who we don’t have an account with)
Are we missing something is there a setting elsewhere in the account that we have missed that makes DPD live as a courier we need to disable?
