Cheapest courier UK to US FBA, what else do I need to do?

Hi all,

Based in and selling in UK but want to expand to selling to US (via FBA)

3 questions if I may please…

  1. What are the pro’s and con’s of using UPS via Amazon for shipping to US FC’s?
  2. What are the cheapest couriers to use if I decide to organise it myself? 10Kg per box
  3. Are there any boxes I need to tick (Import duties etc)

Others will recommend couriers etc but check the insurance requirements for selling and storing stock in US

There are only a few that will cover you - especially if importing stock from China and private labelling - and you need to name amazon on the policy

I’d suggest that you start calling couriers and getting some quotes.
Just because one person finds one cheaper, does not necessarily mean that you will.
It depends on quantities etc that your going to send.
