Hello everyone, I hope you are doing Well. I'm a new seller on Amazon I start selling on Amazon in September. But my Account was deactivated under section 3 Authenticity concern On ASIN: B08RLZ28QK. There is No complaint from the costumer that my product was Inauthentic. But I appeal Mutliple times and provide them the Brand offical website link in which they mentioned my supplier is authorized. And I also proivde them the bank statemnet for the proof of payment that my purchase was legit. but all that have they email me multiple times that we cannot reactivate your account beacuse you do not provide enough information. I talk to the health specailist team and they told me that Amazon contacted your supplier multiple times but they couldn't response him than I open up the case with my supplier and my supplier told me that they didn't get any call or email from Amazon. If they do we will definately assist him. Now I'm In a deep stress thaT I'm In a loss of 4000gbp beacuse of amazon Irresponsibility. Please guide me what can I do now. I have every thing but they doesn't open my account. I'm tired of this. Please help me

Hi everyone,

I recently got my seller fulfilled orders suspended and they asked me to send proof of delivery etc. I've tried appealing it 6 times the past month but I havent had any luck so far. I've had 5 orders, of which 3 have been delivered and 2 have been canceled. I have made an excel spreadsheet with the orders, tracking links, delivery dates etc. For the 2 canceled orders I have screenshotted the refund confirmation email. I also included an email from my supplier explaining a delay which caused the 2 orders to remain unshipped. I have asked the 3 buyers to confirm receipt of the orders, which they did. I have added a registration extract and a bank statement. I have attached screenshots of 12 recent alibaba orders. I have emailed a few higher up emails to escalate the issues, but havent had any response so far.

I am not sure what else I could do and, of course, it is never specified why my appeals keep getting declined.

Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. This review period will give us time to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. The review period should not exceed 30 days. We will inform you if more time is needed for your temporary review. While your account is under review, your seller-fulfilled offers have been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the "Amazon Business Solutions Agreement":

I then appealed this and received this email which has gone from a 30 day review period to somehow possible deactivation in 90 days

Why is this happening?

We are not able to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. Please provide us evidence of delivery or verify that currently uploaded tracking information is correct. Tracking information may be provided in the Manage Orders section of your seller account.

If you are an Amazon Easy Ship seller, please confirm that you use this service for your seller-fulfilled orders as part of your submission and disregard including tracking information. Evidence of delivery should include buyer confirmation of receipt or proof-of-delivery documentation.

How do I send the required information?

Please click on the View Appeal button on the Account Health page (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap) and submit additional information as requested.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?

If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days of the original notification, your account will remain deactivated. Do not attempt to create a new seller account. Creating a new account will delay the reactivation process and may lead to permanent closure of your account.

I then appealed this once again with invoices bank statements and a spreadsheet with every FBM order I’ve done with tracking date of delivery customer id .

Then today I received this email again what possibly am I doing wrong and can I add into the email.

I’ve provided every tracking number for every order it is untracked Royal Mail 1st class but it does show delivery I’ve added the delivery date to further back that up. I switched to FBM and it’s become a nightmare.
