Hello, i'm under this problem and it's starting to stress me out.
They are asking me to send proofs that my costumers have received it. I've asked lot of my costumers through chat if they have received it just to make a screenshot of it and send them the proofs, and a lot of people answered through chat saying that they have fully received it.
I send amazon the proofs that they have received the items, also, i send invoices from original providers of the products that i'm selling and i always receive the same responde from amazon asking me the same in a bucle.
What is going on here? meanwhile i have the money blocked and i dont know what to do, what is going on here? can someone from amazon team help me? there is no way to contact them, always SAME message from them, this is really absurd.
