Amazon havent paid me what im owed
I was due a payment on the 25th April from what products i sold in the settlement period and the payment didnt go through.
My deposit payment method has been verified for weeks and no red flags at all.
Now my money is still sitting in my payments and now the payment date has changed to the 2nd May and on my settlement report for the 25th April it says £0.
I have been trying to get hold of Amazon but i have noticed they have removed the chat and Call option on seller support and its just a email option at the moment so i was wondering if anyone can help

Have you initiated an account transfer procedure in the past? Or a change of legal entity on your account?

It’s just bonkers, you have to jump through all sorts of hoops to sometimes apply to list brands which must be at a real granular level with the system having to check seller A can list brand B, whereas there are two account types, and you just need to hide the new option for one of them. It just seems such a simple fix!

Something might be up because I have been experiencing the same problem over the last week. I usually disburse daily and there has been no problems. For over a week now, the available amount has been showing as zero. There’s been no changes to the account, account health, fulfilment method. ODR is still zero, VTR is perfect, no violations. All that is happening is that the account reserve is increasing an increasing. Raising cases has proven a waste of time, all you get is pointed to the help files that you already know inside out.
