I had received an email requesting that I update my information but had thought it was a phishing email as I had not had any notification within seller central.
I proceeded to submit my personal ID and address details together with the details from companies house that were requested.
I then got the following email 3 days after I had submitted the documents.

but my account is still showing as inactive, I have sent in an appeal to try to find out if anything more is required and have spoken to the call me now team numerous times but each time they have no update and just ask me to wait as the information is being reviewed it has now been over 2 weeks and I have no idea where to turn and who to contact, because my account is deactivated I am unable to contact seller support.
Should I just trough in the towel and remove all my stranded inventory from Amazon or is there any point of contact that can help?
