Customer requesting an invoice
Hi
I have a non-business customer requesting an invoice for a PL item I sell…
I believe that I can automate this via ‘Invoice by Amazon’ but cannot find where the setting is. Can anyone tell me please? Also, once I have done this, will the customer be able to download their own invoice?

You sign up in the vat calculation settings in your account info however, it will only produce invoices going forward so you’ll still need to send this buyer one manually

Long story, but I’m unable to declare our VAT exemption status. We changed our legal entity from sole trader to Ltd company in January and our £85k VAT threshold was reset back to £0 at that point. However Amazon seem unable to cope with this and think our turnover is now over £85k. Seller support involved but got nowhere.
No problem anyway, I have manually created this invoice. We don’t get many so its no problem doing this occasionally.
