Amazon Bank Holiday Shipping to EU

Good Afternoon!

We are receiving orders to the EU that must be shipped by Monday, despite our Holiday Settings showing a Bank Holiday.

Anyone in a similar position?

Yes this happened to me last BH and it put my account health at risk in France and Germany.

I have been on chat to Amazon for 40 minutes now waiting for them to explain to me how I can stop this from happening again this weekend. They don't seem to have a clue how to stop it!

I'm worried - did you come up with a solution?

when you say to the EU is the order on Amazon.co.uk or one of the EU sites?
