Not eligible to be the Featured Offer due to significantly high price
Hi All
I was wondering if anyone could offer any insight or info on this problem I'm experiencing.
Over the last couple of weeks or so our Featured Offer percentage has dropped from about 95% to 79% as of today.
I can't work out why. I haven't changed any prices. We sell our own brand only and to the best of my knowledge no one else sells it on Amazon. The prices also match what we sell for on our own site (or are occasionally cheaper).
This is an example of one:
Previously we've sold this dress quite well. It's always been sold for £39.99 plus delivery (UK only).
What am I missing? I find the whole reference price, list price, was price, very confusing. Where can I set the reference price because it should be £39.99, the same as the list price.

In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
