Sending a message to a customer... links?
Hi,
I received an FBA order and wish to send a message to the customer to give them a link to a YouTube video explaining what they bought (I know, it should be part of the kit but I am improving!).
However I see that Amazon doesn’t want us to send links to customer…
What do I risk if doing it? That would be for only one customer.

Suspension from sending proactive messages for 30 days for a first offence seems to be standard. But as you’re including a URL, Amazon take that much more seriously - full account suspension for diverting buyers is a possibility.
