Product Listing Has Been Hacked
My listing has been hacked. My brand name has been changed to a Chinese brand who go by the name of “SEGNISMART’”.
Has anyone had this issue? I have tried changing the brand name myself, however my response is the following; “It appears the detail page associated with this ASIN is controlled by the brand owner. Any product-related information must be approved by them. We’ve sent the changes you requested to the brand owner for consideration. However, please note that they’re under no obligation to make these changes. There is no further action required on your part at this time.” I am the brand owner! and our brand name is also trademarked. Furthermore, the ASIN has not changed it is our ASIN, therefore they have somehow taken control of this also.
I have contacted seller support who were no help, I have also filed an infringement complaint with amazon, I am yet to receive a response.
Does anyone have any advise to help resolve this situation? I am very concerned that the next phase will be the hackers completely changing our listing.

If you are Brand Registered, open a case with Brand Registry and explain that another seller has somehow gained listing rights to your branded ASIN.
Be careful about reporting the ASIN as Amazon will just remove the ASIN and you could end up with the infringement (this happened to me).

I am finding the same issue. I have valid listings on Amazon US and Canada market, but trying to list the same ASIN items on Amazon UK.
I get the same message that you did.
@Seller101 did you ever find a workaround for this issue ?
